Accepting the terms does not take payment. Secure intake becomes available after payment is confirmed.

WHAT YOU WILL CONFIRM

I understand this is a fixed-scope assessment of one defined AI system at one point in time.
I won't share secrets, credentials, sensitive datasets, or grant live/production access.
I understand this is not a penetration test, code review, certification, compliance sign-off, legal opinion, assurance sign-off, or runtime monitoring service.
I understand the assessment report is based on the facts I provide and documented assumptions.

A$3,500 including GST where applicable. Stripe calculates tax from your billing details and issues an invoice on behalf of Trusec.ai Pty Ltd (ABN 44 702 224 155) after card payment.

For a change of mind, you may request a full refund before submitting your intake. After submission, full or partial refunds are discretionary based on work completed and the circumstances. If trusec.ai cannot deliver, we refund the unperformed portion, or the full payment if no useful service was supplied. Refunds return to the original payment method. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. Contact support@trusec.ai.

Uploaded documents are used for information extraction only. The assessment does not include a full review of uploaded documents, and findings are based solely on customer-confirmed facts.

New purchases are payable by card through Stripe. For enterprise procurement enquiries, contact support@trusec.ai.

The 5-business-day turnaround is measured from payment, not from when you complete your intake.
